Book Signings This Week

I am heading out on a road trip tomorrow to Dallas and Austin and it is going to be fun!

On October 12th, my friend KariAnne is opening her home and hosting a book signing in Dallas. You can find out more information and sign up for the Dallas free book signing event here.

On October 13th, the Arhaus Showroom in Austin is hosting my book signing and I am so excited! And more book signings are coming and we will be announcing them within the next few weeks.

A Visit to Our Local Book Store

I visited the amazing Vroman’s bookstore in Pasadena last week and signed about fifty books. I was so happy to see my book listed at #5 on their top-selling book list! How fun is that?

Vroman’s is the oldest and largest independent bookstore in Southern California! You can order a signed copy of my book from Vroman’s here!

  1. Have fun in Texas with KariAnne! I’ll be there at the end of the month for my first trip to Round Top with my daughter. So excited to finally get to experience it. So wonderful that you’re able to get to travel for the book and meet so many fans!!

  2. Hi Leslie!

Thank you for all your craft ideas and especially your recipes! Love the latest one with the sweet potatoes! Definitely will try it!

Regarding your book signing tour, have you had a chance to go to Vronman’s book store in Pasadena? I purchased my book there and the lady told me you would be over to sign the books. They are very nice there!

I know you are busy, especially this week. Would you be so kind and make a date to sign the books? I can not wait to get mine. I ordered it as soon as you announced the book. I keep reading what everyone is writing about it and am so anxious to get it.

Thanks so much! Have a great week on your book signing tour!

  3. Hello Leslie,

Being a book hound and a coffee roaster, I was going “skim” your article. Then I noticed
your furnishings and decorations reminded me so much of my wife. So, what the heck, I read the article.

I noticed that you stopped into Detroit. I grew up there and haven’t been back in nearly 40 years. That aside, I have a suggestion for you regarding coffee. Never buy coffee that doesn’t have a “Roast Date” on it and never one that’s more than a week or two old. Coffee goes stale in about 30 days.

Lastly, if you like “smooth” coffee, then you’re most likely going to have to find it on the internet.

That’s about it. Nice website. I’ll have my wife check it out when she gets home.
