This is a very fun Top Ten list as I could have picked these were your top ten favorite rooms on my blog in 2023. I love that so many are new!

This year all of the rooms are in two locations: Ventura and South Pasadena. Of course, most are at the beach house!

I love the rooms that are my Top Ten for 2022.

Two-thirds are at the beach house which isn’t much of a surprise. It’s all so new!

The Beach House Kitchen

It makes me so happy that you all love our Ventura kitchen as much as I do. I get asked all the time about everything in the kitchen, from the island to the bar stools to the tile.

My favorite part of the kitchen is the beverage area on the right side of the kitchen with the water dispenser, ice machine, and hand-painted tile. Click the links below for a tour!
