Halloween is a really big deal in our town. But now that our kids are grown I tend to lean more toward fall decorations for Halloween than skeletons and spiders! Today I am sharing how I decorated our home for fall and Halloween. I also shared my DIY’s to make a wreath for our front door and painted pumpkins for our entryway. Today I am sharing eleven of my favorite fall branches and my absolute favorite fall decorating ideas! Fall is such a fun season to decorate our home. I shopped and I am so happy with all of my new fall decor. I made both the colorful fabric pumpkins (with driftwood stems!) and the chunky blanket. I can't wait to share how easy they both were to make! (The blanket did not require knitting needles or a crochet hook!) I am so excited to share another fall craft idea! I had so much fun making these fall leaves for our family room. And this table just might be my favorite one ever. I love making wreaths for fall and this has to be my favorite DIY wreath ever! Today I am sharing everything you need to know to make this copper metal wreath plus my favorite wreaths for fall. I am so happy my original painted pumpkin project didn't work because it led me to create this deconstructed easy painted pumpkin! I love it so much. When I was going through my “Oh my gosh, I don’t have any fall décor” crisis a few weeks ago, I got a little carried away when ordering pumpkins online. I also hadn’t selected my color scheme, which was a really dumb thing to do before ordering a bunch of pumpkins. Today I am sharing a DIY craft How to Make a Wreath Pillow. I made a pillow for a wreath blog hop because my wreath form did not arrive in time! This DIY is fun and easy to make. And I love how it came out! Today I am sharing a very easy and fun craft. I made these flowers with copper wire and I want you to know that you can make these too! Today I am sharing a very easy and fun craft. Hi Leslie! My favorite fall DIY is your copper metal wreath. It’s truly beautiful and a work of art. Thank you for all your inspiration.
I am so glad you enjoyed that project, Thank you, Ruth!
My favorite fall decor DIY project is making a new wreath for our front door. From simple leaf garland wrapped around a frame, to copying a favorite from Disney World, nothing says fall to me like a new wreath welcoming visitors.
I love that! Thank you for sharing, Adrianne.
My favorite fall decor diy project is the metal leaf wreath. I don’t have the necessary equipment to make it but I love seeing what you have done.
I am so pleased that you love it, Nancy!
My favorite fall decor project is hands down the copper wreath! Just beautiful!
Thank you so much, Pam!!
My favorite fall decor DIY project is either the wire flowers or the leaf wreath! Both gorgeous! My son made a me a copper wire flower years ago and it still sits on my nightstand 🙂 I ride the struggle bus with wreath making so I truly appreciate anyone who can make them, LOL!
That is so sweet, Shirleen! What a special gift.
My favorite fall diy project is: the chunky blanket. Could wrap myself around it on a cold morning with a cup of coffee and a cranberry orange scone from your recipes. I can’t think of a better way to start the day! Mmmm.
Sounds like the perfect fall day, Roxanne!
My favorite fall diy project is the copper flowers. The gorgeous copper patina is a perfect reflection of the warm harvest colors that welcome in my favorite season.
Thank you so much, Stacy!
My favorite fall diy project is the wire flowers. They are so neat. I’m so glad I found your page. I love the ideas and crafts you do.

My favorite DIY fall project hands down is your copper leaf wreath. It is so warm and can stay up long into fall! Thanks!
Thank you, Karen! I am so glad you enjoyed that project 🙂
My favorite fall decor DIY project is Any sort of wreath! Your copper leaf one is so pretty!
Thank you so much, Marissa! I am so pleased you enjoyed.
My favorite fall DIY project is the copper leaf wreath. It’s so pretty. However, if I’m being honest, your pine cone flowers you made for a spring wreath backIn February are my fave hands down! I made them and incorporated them into the music page wreaths I craft and they are beautiful!! They are so easy to make and the color palette is endless. Because they are pine cones, they can easily be classified as fall decor😉
I love this, Karla!! Thank you so much for sharing.
My favorite Fall DIY project is simple: hunting for and arranging odd looking pumpkins and gourds.
That if the perfect project to put you in a fall mood! Thank you for sharing.
Here in South Texas our fall is when the temperature drops to 76!! So I envy those who get that glorious experience. I do love fall, and my favorite DIY is creating a new, different table-scape every year. I usually use what I already have and repurpose. I look at as many ideas I can find and start creating. It IS a process…my husband doesn’t get the whole putting something down, standing back, then either moving it or replacing it…🤷🏻♀️ This year I’m going simple and clean.
Thank you for sharing, Velma! Simple and clean is always such a great way to go 🙂
My favorite fall DIY project is making Halloween lanterns.
I love that, so fun and festive.
