My dream for our Airbnb Waco home was to create a vacation home where our home feels like yours. I have poured my heart into this home and I love everything about it.
I thought it might be fun to take you on a tour of our Airbnb Waco rental. It’s a one hundred year old home that has been completely redone and every single thing was remodeled. Fortunately, we were able to use the original wood floors, the wood ceilings, and the shiplap. There are lots of “before” photos on my blog if you want to see what it used to look like.
A Bit About Our Airbnb Waco Home
I get asked all of the time how to book our Airbnb Waco home. All you need to do is click on this link to book our WACO AIRBNB. Follow the link to make a reservation. It’s that simple.
Three Large Bedrooms
The home has three bedrooms and two baths. This is the master bedroom suite.
There are also two additional bedrooms with two queen beds.
I love this room so much. This was the first room that was finished and furnished and I cried when I placed the last pillow on the bed because I knew my dream had come true.
Our home has a large open concept with an adjoining living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and is fully outfitted as a gourmet kitchen. The island is a vintage piece I picked up at Round Top. Isn’t it amazing?
I chose open shelves because I thought it would be nice for our guests to be able to see some of the things that are available.
Isn’t this a fun kitchen? It’s light and airy and a very fun place to cook. I love cooking in here and I think it’s a wonderful layout for any home.
The floors in the house are mostly original. Since we expanded the back of the home, in the kitchen, I searched for matching wood for the kitchen floors which we found it and it matches perfectly. The horizontal boards show where we added in the new (but old) flooring.
The shiplap is on two sides of the open living area. I just love it! Since this photo was taken, I added some ceiling tiles to the back area of the stove and I love them. You can see it at How to Tile a Backsplash with Vintage Tiles.
The Dining Room
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room. The dining table seats eight and it is the perfect spot for entertaining.
See the vintage cabinet on the right side? That’s the pantry and storage spot for the microwave.
The dining room opens up to both the living room and the kitchen and our home has excellent wifi and a satellite TV which is hiding in the cabinet on the left side a seen below.
The Living Room
You might recognize the vintage ladder chandelier I made. It is similar to the one we have in our home in California.
When we remodeled the home we added a new roof and a wrap-around porch. There is a huge oak tree on the property and the porch enjoys a great view. The french doors open in the dining room open out to the wrap-around porch. I absolutely love sitting out on our porch and reading a book and it’s so relaxing.
I love our Waco home and I am thrilled to share it with all of you.
Look at the logo that I had made.
I had the logo embroidered on all of the towels and bathrobes in our Airbnb Waco home.
Here are a few blog posts about the remodel that I thought you might enjoy.
