Big News About Our Beach House

It looks like I might have figured out my next project! I am so excited that we have plans to remodel our beach house!

This year we are starting a remodel of our beach house in Ventura. We have been thinking about this for a while and I think we have figured out what we want to do. I can’t wait to share the plans with you. It’s going to take a while to get through the planning stages but we are all very excited. I just hope the structural engineer and coastal commission agree with us!

I really want to build the smartest beach home we can with this remodel. For the longest time, I didn’t appreciate the benefits of a smart home. It seemed like a lot of gadgets and technical stuff that was more trouble than it was worth.
