When it comes to Mother’s Day Brunch, this may mean cooking yourself or laying some printed recipes out on the counter for someone else to make.
Today I have put together a list of all of my favorite brunch recipes. How did I choose these? It’s simple. Each recipe tastes amazing and is easy to make. And when I say easy to make, I am referring to so easy that dads and kids can make. Haha.
I am going to start out with recipes for the main course for a brunch. All of these recipes include eggs and they are so good!
Mother's Day Brunch Egg Recipes

These pancakes are light airy and fluffy and have a wonderful orange flavor.
These next two Mother’s day Brunch recipes are perfect to enhance a breakfast or Mother’s Day Brunch. The first is a wonderful parfait and the second recipe is the best bacon I have ever eaten. I not only love the taste of the bacon but I love that it’s baked and so much easier to make. It’s a recipe the dads and kids can easily make.
Mother's Day Brunch Side Recipes
These two recipes are the best. I love the yogurt parfait and the bacon is out of this world!
This baked bacon is by far the most delicious bacon recipe ever!

Fortunately, I have expanded my repertoire to include a few more options.
