I decided to make this version in a glass dish with ladyfingers lining the edge, and the result is just as beautiful as it is delicious. It’s the perfect dessert to serve when you want something that feels a little extra special for fall gatherings.

Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 24 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Optional: whipped cream and caramel drizzle for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the cooled coffee, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Make the Pumpkin Mascarpone Filling: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, remaining sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and softened mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Assemble the Tiramisu in the Springform Pan:
- Create the Base Layer: Begin by arranging the ladyfingers at the bottom of the glasses. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly before placing it in the pan, sugar side facing outward.
- Add the Pumpkin Mascarpone Layer: Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers at the bottom. Smooth it out evenly.
- Repeat the Layers: Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone mixture, followed by the remaining pumpkin mascarpone mixture.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, carefully remove the springform pan ring and dust the top with cocoa powder. For an extra touch of indulgence, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel.

Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte Tiramisu
For those who are dairy-free or simply looking to try a lighter version of this dessert, it’s easy to make a few swaps to create a dairy-free Pumpkin Spice Latte Tiramisu without sacrificing flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese or coconut-based cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup coconut cream or dairy-free whipping cream
- 24 dairy-free ladyfingers (or homemade using a dairy-free recipe)
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Optional: coconut whipped cream and caramel drizzle for topping
Instructions:

- Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the cooled coffee, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Make the Pumpkin Filling: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, remaining sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and softened dairy-free cream cheese until smooth.
- Whip the Coconut Cream: In another bowl, whip the coconut cream until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency. Gently fold the whipped coconut cream into the pumpkin mixture until well combined.
- Assemble the Tiramisu into individual glasses:






- Cut the Ladyfingers: Lay the ladyfingers flat and cut around the edge of the jars to make the base layer.
- Create the Base Layer: Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and lay them flat at the bottom of the pan to form the base layer.
- Add the Pumpkin Mixture: Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers at the bottom. Smooth it out evenly.
- Repeat the Layers: Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top of the pumpkin mixture, followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the springform pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Before serving, carefully remove the springform pan ring, dust with cocoa powder, and add coconut whipped cream and caramel drizzle if desired.
