Grilling and roasting are excellent cooking methods for summer recipes, as they enhance flavors and require minimal added fats. Use marinades and rubs to add depth and complexity to your grilled dishes.

Choose Lean Proteins

When grilling meats, opt for lean cuts like chicken breast, turkey, or fish. They are lower in saturated fats and higher in protein, contributing to a healthier meal. For vegetarian options, explore plant-based proteins such as tofu or tempeh.

  1. I like the recipes & the tips are great but seriously, not everyone ( unless I’m not the audience you are reaching for) can afford the items on your Amazon lists.
    A $4,400 pellet grill?? Come on … $35 for a serving platter & $10 for a zester?
My daughter just told me I’m not bougie enough for this site

    1. Hi Lesley! I try to put up a variety of options at different price points- there is a serving platter for $35 but also an option to get 3 serving platters for $33. Some items I put up because I own them and love them- you definitely do not have to be bougie though! Thank you for the comment, I’ll keep this in mind for future posts and try to put up more variation. ☺️🙌🏻
