Make Your Own Christmas Book Covers
I love decorating my bookshelves for the holidays. Today I am going to share how to make Christmas book covers.
It’s fun to decorate mantles, tables, trees, and windows for the Christmas holiday. But what about places that aren’t typically dressed out in décor? Like bookshelves? Today I am going to share how to make Christmas book covers.
But first I wanted to let you all know that if you subscribe to my blog you will receive all of the recipes to my Christmas party menu items. If you aren’t a subscriber, just sign up above.
This year I added red to my Christmas decor palette. I love it so much so I decided to use red burlap ribbon for this fun project.
This is one of the easiest DIY’s I will share this year. All you need to be able to do is work with rubber stamps!
Here is a photo of my bookcase before. As you can see it is very neutral. But I love it!
A few months ago I did an MIY (make it yourself) on how to wrap the books in white paper and stamp the book titles on the bindings. Because the books are white I decided to only use ribbon on these books.
I have been buying lots of vintage red and green books at flea markets just for this reason!.
Then I added a few more Christmas décor items.
I am so happy with how this turned out. I can’t wait to carry this them to my bookcases in the living room. But I think I will wait until it’s a bit closer to Christmas.

I love your book idea! I’m collecting books from the vintage shoppes now.
It’s fun to have something to hunt for Eileen! There are some beautiful books out there waiting to be found!
