Your Top Ten Favorite Home Decor Items of 2020

|

Today I am sharing Your Top Ten Favorite Home Decor Items of 2020. It just happens to be that they are my favorite ones too.

I had so much fun finding your top ten favorite home decor items in 2020.

I actually had no idea which items you liked the most and as expected, there were some surprises.

Most of the items were practical and none of them were expensive. I was so happy to see that you liked the items I like the most too.

I try to only share items that I own, so it wasn’t a surprise that I already own all of the items you picked.

I am happy that this year I tried something new. I started adding links to items that were featured in my posts.

I added the links to make it easier for you to find the items see in my posts. This was especially important with my DIY projects. So many of you would ask where I bought items so I made it easier (for both of us!) to include the links.

I also shared my two friends Karianne from Thistlewood Farms and Janine from Happy Happy Nester and their top home decor items too!

Your Top Ten Favorite Home Decor Items of 2020

#10 Desktop Cable Organizer

Bedroom Cable Organizer

This weighted cable holder is absolutely the best! It helps keep your phone, kindle, or anything charging from falling off the table. It is weighted so it keeps all of your chords at the lengths you want them. These are also very inexpensive so you might want to grab a few of them.

#9 Kitchen Aid Pasta Attachments

My-Easy-Pasta-Recipe-scaled

Few things taste better than homemade pasta. Ok, that’s not really true but it really is amazing!

If you own a KitchenAid Mixer, the pasta attachments are the best and they make homemade pasta an easy task. I can usually make an entire batch of pasta in less than an hour and it is basically foolproof. These pasta attachments are the best.

#8 Pantry Storage Containers

The plastic storage containers for your pantry are great because they not only keep your dry ingredients fresh but they are easier to store. Head to my blog post to see the different options available.

#7 Pomegranate Branches

I love the pomegranate branches. When I posted them on my blog and Instagram they sold out on Amazon within one day. They come in both red and orange. I absolutely love mine and am excited to use the red ones for Valentine’s day.

#6 Copper Candlesticks

I love these copper candlesticks for so many reasons. First off, they are of great quality. They are also weighted in the base so they don’t tip over. They also are really well-priced ($8 each and are a great addition to any table!

#5 Small Mosser Glass Pink Cake Stand

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love these Mosser Glass Cake Stands. This small pink Mosser cake stand is so cute and I use it all the time! I had two of these on my Christmas list (the large white one and the medium-sized gray one) and I got them both!

I think there are eight colors available and they all come in different sizes. I use these cake stands for cakes, desserts, fruit, serving platters, stands, and more.

#4 Pink Highball Glasses

Most of you are aware that I love colored glassware and these pink glasses are wonderful. They cost about $6.00 each and they are very sturdy and fun to use. You are going to see these glasses on our tables this winter quite a bit!

#3 Mohawk Francesca Farmhouse Rug

Mohawk Rug

This Mohawk rug in our family room is so soft and comfortable. And it looks amazing. We have had our rug for three years and we still love it. Oh, I should also mention that it is very well priced as an 8′ x 10′ is $209.00. That seems very reasonable for such a quality rug that I absolutely love.

#2 Cricut Maker

I love the Cricut cutting machine. I have the Cricut Maker machine and I absolutely think this is the one you should have. Why?

The Cricut Maker Machine cuts thin wood, metal, fabric, and crepe paper. It also embosses and debosses which is incredible.

I have made so many things with my Cricut Maker and if you want to see them just click here.

When I received my first Cricut machine, I was intimidated and I let it sit in the box for a few months. I have heard from so many people that this is a common occurrence. I have been thinking that it might make sense for me to start a video series about how to use your Cricut Maker.

Do any of you have any interest in that? Let me know.

#1 Copper Charger plates

Copper Chargers

I am not surprised that these copper charger plates are the number one most popular home decor item on my blog this year.

I have seen these chargers in some wonderful stores for double the price and I ordered them twice and I now own 12 of them! They only cost $7.50 and they look fabulous on any table. I use them all of the time and the best part is they can be used all year long.

I hope you enjoyed my top ten list.

I am thrilled to share two of my blogging friends and their Top Ten lists too.

  6. I would be delighted to see a video series on the Cricut Maker. I learn best visually and a video series would be most welcome. I have been thinking about purchasing one but I haven’t a clue as to how they work or what they can do. Also, when I clicked on “click here” to see your various Cricut projects, it led me to an Amazon storage container product. Is there an alternate way I can see your Cricut projects? Since everything you create is amazing, I look forward to seeing them. I hope they will be posted on your blog as I do not have either Facebook or Instagram.

  7. I have a cricut and I have had it for 16 months – it really scares me. I would definitely be interested in a class so I can use the thing. Happy New Year and I look forward to watching and learning in 2021.
