FIND OF THE WEEK // My Grocery List
Now that my husband and I are empty nesters, I find it harder to do the grocery shopping. The days of having three athletic boys to feed (all. day. long) are less frequent and the cupboards are a lot more bare. Oddly enough though, it seems like we run out of things more frequently. I know it doesn’t make sense but it’s true. The extra food that used to fill our cupboards is non-existent.
Hence, I now have a need for a “community grocery list”, i.e. a list that my husband, my housekeeper and I can use. I found this at a great online store called Antique Farmhouse and I love it. I use it every day and when it’s time to head to the grocery store I just snap a quick photo and use my phone as my list while I am shopping. It’s made life so much easier that I’ve wondered why I didn’t adopt this sooner! (Oh yeah, maybe because my boys would have requested some crazy items from the grocery store!)
