I love to entertain. But I am not crazy about cooking dinner Monday through Friday because I get bored cooking the same “midweek dinners”. (And that usually always involves my bbq.) Part of the problem is when I ask Dave what he wants for dinner his answer is usually “Anything is fine”. Fortunately, this grilled salmon recipe is a favorite of both of ours.
