Stay At Our 100 Year Old Waco Home
In 2019 we bought a home in Waco, Texas on a half-acre lot with a two hundred year old oak tree. My plans included remodeling this fixer upper home into a farmhouse style home with a large wrap around porch. I loved that we could finally have a home we could share with others.
A year later My 100 Year Old Waco Home became the perfect home to stay at while visiting Waco. Located one mile from the Magnolia Silos and Market and Baylor University, this three bedroom, two bathroom home was ready for guests as a full time short term rental.
While updating 100% of the home, the home still has original wood floors, wood ceilings, and shiplap. A new wrap around porch was added overlooking the beautiful oak tree. The home has state of the art appliances and electronics, a gourmet kitchen plus luxurious linens and all new furniture.
My 100 Year Old Waco Home is the perfect home for families or a Magnolia visit with girlfriends. It’s also a great home for wedding parties and Bear fans visiting Baylor University. The home has an open living concept with a large adjoining living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The three bedrooms have four double beds and one king bed. The tables in the dining room and porch seat 18 people which is perfect for family gatherings
