Vintage Glass Cake Stands
I have collected vintage glass cake stands for a very long time. At first, I bought them to hold cakes. I know you are thinking that was brilliant on my part because that makes sense. Haha. Over time I kept buying cake stands and now I use them throughout our entire home. For things other than cakes.

Easter will be here before you know it and I thought it might be fun to set up an Easter display in our dining room. All I needed was eggs and Easter grass. So it wasn’t hard. The eggs are faux and they are from JOANN. The Easter grass is from JOANN too. (Be sure and use a coupon when you buy them.)
In case you are wondering why I haven’t died or decorated the easter eggs, I really just wanted to use white eggs. I love how they look and I love their shape. And white looks great in our home in every room.
I do have plans to decorate some eggs in the next few weeks. I am going dye eggs naturally with fruits, vegetables, and spices and also pull out my copper foil to decorate them. There is a chance these white eggs may look different soon. But it’s not likely. I love these just the way they are.
I almost didn’t use the pink grass. What do you think?

This is the most asked about the cake stand I own. I bought the wooden cake stand at Home Goods a few years and then I placed a wooden bowl from Magnolia on top. I love changing the contents in the bowl as I change the decor in our home every season.
