I made a goal this year to learn four new things. On top of my list is to learn how to decorate cookies with Royal Icing. I have no plans to become a professional cookie decorator. Trust me, that is not going to happen, Rather, I would like to be able to decorate cookies well enough to serve them at some of the parties that I will host this year.
I created this DIY Valentine decor flower holder using a wooden crate, flowered paper napkins and lots of glue!
Today I have partnered with five of my favorite bloggers for a “three-ingredient” blog challenge. The premise of the challenge is that we have to create something using at least three pre-determined ingredients. I created this DIY Valentine decor flower holder using a wooden crate, flowered paper napkins and lots of glue! So can you guess what the three ingredients for this DIY are?
I love to make pom poms with yarn and look how cute this basket turned out! Today I am sharing the complete DIY to make this Pom Pom Basket.
With the holidays over, I have been thinking a lot about Spring and Valentine’s Day and the colors pink and blush. Since we don’t really have a “winter” in Southern California I think that’s ok. Look at this fun Pom Pom Basket that I just made! I can’t wait to share with you how easy these are to make.
Dining at a restaurant on Valentine’s Day is tough. The crowds, wait times and bad service are not fun. Most years my husband and I choose to dine at home. Which means I am always trying to come up with recipes to make our Valentine’s dinner special. Tonight I made a Fig, Gorgonzola and Chicken Ravioli with Brown Butter Sauce. I cooked a few portions of ravioli with the sauce so I could taste my recipe. Since I made up the recipe, I thought a taste test might be important. Fortunately, it was fantastic!
Valentine’s Day is less than a week away but it’s still not too late to get creative! I had a lot of fun creating crafts and recipes for this special day and I wanted to share them with you one last time. There is something about Valentine crafts and I am so excited to offer some last minute Valentine’s Day crafts.
It’s time for another Three Ingredients Challenge. Seven of us are sharing projects today. The three ingredients are fabric, paint, and trim. I have been so excited to share my painted fabric pillow with you as I love how it came out!
