BACK PORCH MAKEOVER // Part Three

Now that the not-so-fun part of my Back Porch makeover is out of the way (i.e. cleaning) it is time to begin the fun part.  I saw these hanging shelves on Instagram (thank you @cottonstem) and have been watching them on the Hobby Lobby website. As soon as they went on sale for 50% off I bought two of them right away. I knew they would look fantastic in front of the lattice on each side of the fireplace.

I love finding a great bargain (who doesn’t?!). In fact, I always use google to look for lower prices whenever I want to buy something. And I always take it a few steps further to make sure I’m getting the best price. As a result, I rarely pay full price! It’s almost become a game to me… and I’m sure I’m not alone in that!

In case you haven’t noticed, I love a good bargain. I’ve always been one of those people who has thought, “why buy it if I can make it?!” And while my crafting, MIY, painting, etc skills are pretty good, there are some creative disciplines I haven’t quite mastered. Like woodworking. Something tells me that this is just never going to happen in my world! Since a dining room table is never going to be anything I would be able to make, I thought I would share the high and low version of the table that I have! Where is Clint when we need him?!
